What Causes Pain In My Ovary And Numbness In My Leg?

My age is 38 with 3 children, i have HPV & 4 yrs ago had cervial carcinoma operation done. I have pain to my left ovary and numbness running down my left leg. I feel sharp pains that come & go to the ovary and if i see myself in the mirror, it clear that it's swollen compared to the right side. The numbness to my left leg is mainly felt in back of my knee and around my anckle ending @ the arch of my foot.
