What Causes Pain In My Right Abdomen Close To Umbilical Cord?

hi so i have this problem were i have this pain on my right side of the stomach close to the unbilical cord and sometimes when i strech or push my clitoris hurts and at night i cant sleep on my stomach or lay on the side it hurts me but its a very shrap pain i went to the ER they ran all kinds of test and they all came out normal but i have this pain constantly almost all day can anyone tell me what it is please !!!! I NEED HELP !!!

ALSO i havent had my period for almost 3 months is there any way that i might nie be able to have babys if my perod dosent come regularly ????
