What Causes Pain In My Stomach When Urinating?

i have gyms that bleed and suddenly every day early in the morning my stomach have unfamiliar sound , slightly painful and if go for toilet i fat [release Co2] a lot .

this stomach instability effect me as it is painful when I have to toilet out?
