What Causes Pain In My Throat, Shoulders, Neck, Elbows And Hips?

I have pain in my throat, shoulders neck elbows, hips feet mostly left sided. Also numbness in feet and hands with a heat sensation through them. I also have burning in chest and abdomen mainly upper left sided again. I have a heaviness in my body as well and my head. I feel it getting me down now but doctor said 99% fibromyalgia but not 100% as I was sore in other points as well as tender points.
