What Causes Pain In My Vagina?

Hello...I have several questions regarding my female anatomy....I was raped at a party few years back...never seen by a gynocologist or been tested....now I feel the need to due to several symptoms.....sometimes I have trouble passing gas and it goes right through my vagina and it is painful when it does...also I. have developed tiny bumps all over the inside of my vaginal walls....since I dont have insurance and Im homeless. where could I go to be checked and what tests do I need to male sure everything is ok....
