What Causes Pain In My Whole Body?

i have had several issues going on at the same time. My WhOLE BODY HURTS. I hav epain shooting in my fingers, wrists, toes, foot, elbows, knees, legs and back. I mention this to my doctor and he just say it arthritis so get over it. i have pain in my right side that my doctor keep saying is is from my bowls not emptying complete. well something else i feel is going on. please give me some help!
