What Causes Pain In Neck Along With Cervical Headaches?

I had an operation on my neck 13 years ago where they replaced my disc with titanium replacements, however over the last 4 weeks I have been suffering with neck pains , cervical headaches and pins and needles in my hands, i have been having phsyio on my neck and back but i still am havig the same symptoms should i go and see a doctor fro a referral
