What Causes Pain In Neck And Ear Along With Yellow Coating On Tongue?

Hello, I have been having a lot of weird neurological symptoms over the past couple months. I have an MRI in two days for that. But the last month I have had neck pain, a weird cough, ear pain and now I have yellow on the back of my tongue an roof of my mouth. Any ideas?
