What Causes Pain In Neck And Numbness In Whole Body?

The indent between the bottom of the back of my head where my neck starts have been extremely painful for a couple of weeks now, before this feeling began to occur the bottom of my back had been been a great amount of pain gradually over the span of at least a year the pain in my spine feels as if it has been slowly rising to the top of my head as if every vertebre wanted to snap along the way up to my brain. I have gotten used to the back pain but the pain in my neck is becoming unbearable I can't concentrate in class and my neck pops way to often the pain is only relieved for what seems to only be seconds. I'm only 22 years old. I was hit by a drunk driver a couple years back I had whiplash and my whole body felt numb for about 2 months, I streched out the pain and exercised but my body feels crippled.

Sometimes when I breath in deeply my back pops in random places.
