What Causes Pain In Neck And Upper Back On Intake Of Alcohol?

Hello, whenever I drink alcohol- immediately following the first sips I get neck and upper back pain that doesn t go away unless I continue to drink to the point that I am drunk. Then after I go to sleep I wake up committing uncontrollable. I know vomiting is associated with a hangover but I don t drink much the last time I threw up I had 2 drinks. I have read Hogkins disease and a neurological excess sugar allergic are most often associated with upper back pain. Just curious on your opinionx thank you
