What Causes Pain In Neck Below The Ear Lobe?

I have had a chest infection for 3 weeks.On my second course of antibiotics. Today I have had pain in my neck below my right ear lobe. I have no breathlessness, no temperature, no blood, very little mucus coming up.What might the cause of neck pain behind the earlobe be? Glands around there also feel swollen.
