What Causes Pain In Neck Trachea While Suffering From Gastritis?

Hello,
I have had pain near my trachea and it is tender to touch. I have gastritis and could possibly have acid reflux but I had a laryngoscopy (through the nose and I was awake) and my ENT said my vocal cords and voice box looked "perfect without any signs of acid" so I'm really confused as to why the bottom of my neck trachea area hurts when I touch it or sometimes when I talk. Could this just be stress related or what do u think this could be?
