What Causes Pain In Neck While Turning Head?

I am tired all the time, I have pain on the right side of my neck when I turn my head, pain in my right thigh. I was diagnosied with hypothyroid 2 years ago. Taking 50 mcg levothyroxine. This worked great until 8 months ago. Started have symptoms of fatique, I sleep very good, but I feel just as tired when I get up as when I go to bed. My body feels fatiqued and not sure why I have pain in neck and thigh. TSH test came back good. Does this have any thing to do with my thyroid or is this something else.
