What Causes Pain In Nipple After Sex?

it would be grateful if u could help me. My nipple pains after having sex for a day. n after 2 or 3 days a layer of the nipple skin gets dried and peels off..Im newly married and ma hubby jus left to abroad. Dint find it comfortable to go to a doc.

Do i need to apply any cream or should i do any checks....
