What Causes Pain In Nipples During Ovulation?

Couple weeks ago on my period my right nipple hurt after the shower. It was wayyy sensative. No lumps or anything but when something touched it it hurt. even when i leaved it alone. Im wondering if it's normal cause i just got our the shower and now my left hurts and this during my ovulation period
