What Causes Pain In Nose While Blowing And Mucus From Eyes?

I have a bad cold. my nose hurts from blowing and just today, everytime i blow my nose, mucus comes out of my eyes. Should i see a doctor? I do not have a temperature. Just a bad cold, can't breathe and a sore nose and throat. And what is with the mucus in the eyes? That's never happened before ever.
