What Causes Pain In Occipital Area While Reading?

hi Doctor .i m a medical student ..when ever am reading ..i fell some pain like in my occipital ,frontal and fontanelle ..and i m very emotional ..sometimes i fell some people are against me ..and i talk well i m working ..i cant comprehend wat i read sometimes ..and i easily forgot what i read ..thank you .
