What Causes Pain In One Side Of The Body?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... My left side of neck, shoulder, and down arm to elbow. Severe pain. Arm has a heavy feeling in it. I have to support it sometime to take pressure off it. Did not injure it. Any help? Thanks
