What Causes Pain In Ovaries With History Of Partial Hysterectomy?

Hi, I am a 120 lb 50 year old female who has gone through menopause and had a partial hysterectomy. I still have my ovaries and that is where my pain is coming from. It started over a week ago, just on the right side. Got better for a couple of days, but now the left side is hurting along with the right. I m thinking cysts of some sort but not sure. Thoughts please
