What Causes Pain In Ovaries?

Hi my boyfriend and i were dry humping last night and he had boxers and shorts on and i had pants and underwear on. I noticed after we were done that my pants were wet in a certain spot and i didnt know if it came from me or him. Now today my ovaries somewhat hurt? Does that mean anything?
