What Causes Pain In Ovary And Clear Liquid Discharge After Period?

why is it that after my period about a week my right ovary is very painfull and there is a liquid that comes out clean it almost feels like im peing myself and doctor say there is nothing wrong and it last about a week long it hurts more the first day really bad.
