What Causes Pain In Ovary While Passing Stools?

hi this might sound odd but this morning i woke up and went poop and have a very odd sharp pain in my ovary area when i would push.i went about 4 times this morning with the same horrible pain! but the poop was normal looking! im scard and dont realy know what to think of it!! theres also an odd pressure near my anus.
