What Causes Pain In Ovary?

Hi I have had on and off dull pain lower abdomin over right ovary worse when I sit best playing hard game of squash - Im post menopause 62 yrs had ultra scan of all organas including no cysts but very small angiolipoma right kidney but how does that cause pain in ovary area. Also get IBS but how does that cause pain in right ovary area. Thanks
