What Causes Pain In Pelvic Area?

My GF has has insense pain durring ovulation and somtimes random through out the month in the ovary area. She has been checked by a OBGYN and has had a ultrasound as well and checked out fine. She is a Nonsmoker , non drinker and 29yrs old and has child that is older now. We do not have sex or oral sex since we are not married ,and she does not believe in masterbation. I found out she actually "Gushes" lots of fluid when she has a orgasm . We have been dating about 3 years. This didn't start until about 1yr ago. I woundering if she is one of the few woman who do have a gushing orgasms could this be a build up in some way. She does have discharges from time to time as well that are thick & white. She has No yest infection and eats extremly healthy. She did have some surgery to repair some veins after child birth for a certain problem ( forget the name)with circulation in the upper leg area to help with blood flow because she experinced pain after orgasms which helped. Saying all this what could this be from? Are there any woman out there or stories of femals who are "gushers" or have experianced pain in pelvic area who actually Masterbated to help releave pain?

Maybe I could get her to try to masterbate to see if it helps if someone else has had success.
