What Causes Pain In Pelvic Region Radiating To The Leg?

Hi - am experiencing pelvic pain, left side, resulting in leg pain in both legs, more in the left and considerable pain top of quad left side. These symptoms come and go since end of November. The pain top of left quad diminishes after walking a bit. I am over 60 years old and in generally good health.
