What Causes Pain In Pelvis Radiating Around Back And Thigh?

Hello, I have been having severe pain in my right pelvis area (like bad menstrual cramps) that radiate around to my back and down into my right thigh area resulting in a numb tingling feeling. I have been taking ibuprofren for the pain since Sunday. I m trying to identify what is causing this pain.
