What Causes Pain In Penis After Cicumcision?

sir my age is 27 i have recently had a circumcision due to white patches in the tip of the fore skin . Histopathology reported that ....Circumcision shows non-specific changes. after this circumcisssion under the penis a reddish,pink colour is their and some time it has pain i contacted the doctor both Surgical and skin doctor they replayed this is usual they given me ointment MUPIROCIN and tablets DOXCEF CV 200.I am very much varied about this plz help me for this.............
