What Causes Pain In Penis And Difficulty During Urination?

Hello, my husband has had trouble with pain in his penis and had trouble urinating ever since he was a young boy. He went to a urologist and the doctor inserted a catheter to check for a blockage and didn t find anything and had an ultrasound taken but no results there either. Supposedly everything is normal and fine but it still isn t. We don t want to go back to the doctor since our last siege of doctor bills were around $2,000. We need help!
