What Causes Pain In Penis Tip While Urinating?

When I urinate in the mornings I feel a slight pain in the tip of my penis, it s nothing excruciating but it s definatly there. It s usually only in the mornings. A few days ago I noticed a small bump on my penis which looked a lot like a pimple, I now have three bumps on my penis two on my scrotum and one on my inner thigh. Is this curable?
