What Causes Pain In Pimples On Buttocks After Eating Chicken?

hi sir hw u doing sir i have bromlem with my ass i have a small tins inside of my ass so before 3 month it was small but right nw it is become a big and some times when i eat chicken and oilyfood is i feel some pain and become big and when i don't eat for that is become small i feel some pain for that so what is the bromlem sir what do i need to do thank you very mutch.
