What Causes Pain In Ribs During Bowel Movement?

Hello, 4 years ago I had a strong sneezed, it felt like someone just hit me on the right side under the rib cage. After 2 weeks of feeling the same pain I went to the ER and they did a CT scan with contrast to check my appendix and they said it was fine, that maybe I had pulled some muscles. sometimes the pain goes away but I notice it come back when I feel bowel movements. Could I have tore my intestine or a minor hernia. My pain is 5 out of 10.
