What Causes Pain In Ribs While Bending And Twisting?

last saturday took a shot to the ribs, hurt immediately then was fine skied the rest of the day and they all day Sunday (fine) then on the 4 hour drive home I stiffened up and a week later I am still in pain when twisting or bending. Hurts from front to back around the ribs. Any idea what happened?
