What Causes Pain In Right Abdomen,nausea And Vomiting?

I have started to experience localized pain in my right abdomen in the last 24 hours, after previously feeling like I had the stomach flu with some vomiting and nausea. My body temperature is going wild with chills and sweating. Should I see a doctor? I am a female, age 22.
