What Causes Pain In Right Lower Pelvic Area?

hey yes i have a history of endometriosis, i have had surgery for it two years ago and also had surger twice for removal of ovarian cyst inside my ovaries.. but for the past month i have been having a sharp pain in my right lower pelvic area right as i have an orgasm what could this be?
