What Causes Pain In Right Rotator Cuff More Than 10 Years After Surgery?

I m waiting for an MRI to reexamine my right rotator cuff. I ve had surgery on the same area in 1993 & it has been hurting for over a year now. Most recently, I ve started having a fluttering behind my right shoulder area. I ve also experienced fluttering in my legs that will last quite a while before finally going away. What causes the fluttering?
