What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Back Radiating Towards Rib?

Good morning, I am suffering from pain in the right side of my back which is passing towards right side rib . I am unable to sleep on my right side as wel as back . Only I sleep on my left side past one year. The pain in sevear while getting up. Please advice me doctor .
