What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Body, Cramps And Vaginal Discharge?

hi i have really sharp pains in my right side of my body (both front on back) bad cramps, going to toilet very regularly and, pains in my chest, exhausted tired and very thick white discharge. Can u let me know what this is please?
