What Causes Pain In Right Side Of The Head Along With Hot Flashes?

hi.i had to go to a/e last weekend and was told I have I had g.c.a or temporal arteritis . I had a ulter sound on my temple. and they said it was inconclusive. Should I still be worried as I still have pain in the temple and a dull pain .when reading all about it I should be put on steroids or something. They gave me lyrica 75mg .my symptoms pain on right side of my head and a ticking filling under the scalp. Eye lid droped.jaw pain.the last few weeks I have been having hot spells .thank you with your help. mrs l lewis
