What Causes Pain In Right Upper Chest Post Treatment For Pulmonary TB?

Hello sir i was diagnosed ptb cavity right upper lobe and i was on A.T.T for 12 months.but i still feel pain after 2 years of treatment on that area.it worse when i strech and deep breath and bend forward.i m very stress .was i diagonsed right for ptb or it was some thing more serious.its very painfull right upper chest and shoulder i m 29 year old male occasional smoker
