What Causes Pain In Roof Of Mouth And Left Ear After Blowing Nose?

Good morning. I've been treated for a sinus infection with two different antibiotics now and have not totally cleared it yet. Last night I blew my nose and it felt like I blew out my sinus on one side along with pain on the roof of my mouth and my left ear. It does feel a bit better this morning. Can you tell me what happened and if it will heal on it's own? Thank you
