What Causes Pain In Scapula And Neck Along With Dizziness?

Hi, I've had a recent history ( the past 5 wks) of scapula pain & neck ache on the right side. On waking I am nauseated but not dizzy. I continue to feel sick throughout the day & usually have a headache. I am a 50yo female. 165cm & 64kg. I take thyroxine.
