What Causes Pain In Shoulder And Chest In Evening?

Hi, I have a pain starting from my left shoulder going down to my chest. It s a dull pain....comes and goes. I first felt this pain yesterday Evening. After some time it went away. I woke up pain free but now that its evening again, I feel it once again. Any idea what it could be?
