What Causes Pain In Shoulder And Right Side Of Lungs?

hello, I have pain in right side of the lungs, almost all the time, especially when i make a deep inhale or exhale. I think the center of the pain is at the bottom of the ribs, below the breast, The pain is also present in the right shoulder. any idea what could it be? Is it only pain from shoveling the snow or something more serious? Thank you for help, Jerry
