What Causes Pain In Shoulder Blade And Beside Upper Thigh?

i've been fighting a bad cold for past 3 weeks but finally went to the clinic and they gave me a puffer and penecilin..and now i have a sharp pain in my left shoulder blade area..and a pain in my lower right side just beside my upper thigh kinda thing...should i go see my family doctor
