What Causes Pain In Shoulder Blade With Palpitations?

For 3 days I ve had like a pinched nerve in my right shoulder blade, and a fluttery feeling above my right breast. It comes and goes but notice it a little more when I am sitting still. I woke up with it last Friday morning. I thought maybe I slept wrong?
