What Causes Pain In Shoulder Blades And Breasts?

I am a 35 year old female who has been for three months facing pain between the shoulder blades, shoulder pain and breast pain. Recently the pain has spread to my neck. I have had a mammogram and recently xrays of the neck and shoulders. My dr says my neck is in spasm and my neck curve is backwards. Can the neck curve cause pain tn between the shoulders, neck and breast?
