What Causes Pain In Shoulder Joint,back And Neck?

Hi, I have pain in my shoulders joint, my shoulder and the back of my neck in the right side,sometimes I feel pain in my finger joints,I massage it sometimes and if I move where the pain is I heard cracking snd im burping it was gone for a couple of days.im living this pain almost 3 yrs now I got right jaw vein swollen and under my arm is painful I try to check it out if it is a lgmp nodes but I dont feel any bumps just I feel like a vein swollen.i feel more pain in the night until morning when I wokeup.thank you I hope you can help me.
