What Causes Pain In Shoulder, Neck, Back And Collar Bone?

I have had problems with my shoulder and collar bone for years and cant seem to get anywheres. I always have pains in my shoulder neck and back. and now I have pains going down my left arm. I have seen specialist and some say they cant help me?? I don't understand y
