What Causes Pain In Shoulders Radiating To Arms?

I am 58 years old, I feel pain in my both shoulders,pain goes up to the both arms, I cant raze my arms due to pain, I started taking neuromet & prelin 50mg. Please suggest some medison for me or tell me if I am taking the right medicine or not. Beside them I am also taking centrum adult tablets daily one. Waiting for your reply. Mazhar ul haq
