What Causes Pain In Skull When Suffering From Osteoarthritis?

I have osteoarthritis and since I had a hip surgery adjustment last year I've been suffering with siataca . I've tried to get to visit my regular Dr. but because I'm 77 he won't make an appointment with me. Now I'm developing pain in my left skull. He had told me it was arthritis but It's getting more painful as time goes by.
